Xenex is the homeworld of the humanoid Xenexian species. The planet is located near Sector 221-G of the Beta Quadrant, bordering the Thallonian and Danteri Empires. In 2353, Xenex gained independence following a long conflict with the Danteri, who had occupied the planet for the previous three hundred years.
Calhoun is a city on Xenex, and the birthplace of M'k'n'zy, who led the Xenexian fight for independence. (Star Trek: New Frontier)
