A wedding is a ceremony to mark the marriage between two or more individuals.
Betazoid marriage tradition involves having the wedding party and guests naked during the ceremony. (TNG: "Haven")
Worf and Jadzia Dax had a traditional Klingon wedding when they married in 2374. (DS9: "You Are Cordially Invited"; Star Trek: Swiftfire: "Unfinished Business")
Malachorian weddings involved soaking the grooms with alcohol. Brianna Reiss and Vaebn Mairex were wed in 2385, according to Romulan and later, Malachorian wedding traditions. (RIS Bouteina: "Marriage and Honeymoon")
