Volanus

Volanus was a mountain city on Taladu, which served as the capital city of the Black Dragon Cult. It was destroyed, along with the Black Dragon God, when Feudeymon was cast, resulting in a fiery wasteland. (Star Trek: The Stoneship Files: "Alcoholic Massacre, Part II")
