USS Jamestown (NCC-1843-C) was an Ambassador-class heavy cruiser on active duty in Starfleet from 2330 to 2362. It was the eighth spacecraft to bear the name.

Some of Jamestown-C's most important missions were under the command of Captain Jack Armstrong.

Jamestown-C was reported lost in 2362.
