The USS Erbil was a Federation Starfleet São Paulo-class tactical escort in service in the early 25th century.
In 2411, USS Erbil was assigned to a task force led by Commodore Tyria Sark to provide Federation protection to the Teplan homeworld, Yarmta, and was designated a wing leader. On the morning of 3 March, Erbil detected sensor echoes belonging to Dominion scout craft. When the flotilla of Jem'Hadar attack ships approached Sark's flotilla, Erbil's wing moved to intercept.
