The USS Coral Sea (NCC-63047) was a New Orleans-class starship. Dr. Marie Bourget was the chief medical officer aboard the Coral Sea from sometime prior to 2356 until either late 2371 or early 2372.

In 2356, Helena Bourget was removed from the Coral Sea after several run-ins with the commanding officer, Captain Gerold McLeod. Her final misdemeanor – smuggling illicit substances aboard – saw McLeod, with Marie Bourget's blessing, kick Helena Bourget off the ship. (Star Trek: The Cantabrian Expeditions: "Dakota")

McLeod was still in command of the Coral Sea as of Stardate 49182.9.
