The USS Baikonur (NCC-51900) was an Ambassador-class explorer in service to the Federation Starfleet in the 24th century.
Ensign Alison Hughes was assigned to the Baikonur as a junior engineer in 2367, following her graduation from Starfleet Academy. (Star Trek: Daedalus)
In early 2374, the Baikonur was assigned as Admiral Urosg Vharr's flagship. Later that year, the Baikonur was destroyed during the Federation Alliance's attempt to push back Dominion forces from the Kumarek system. (Last Unicorn RPG: The Dominion War Sourcebook: The Fires of Armageddon)
