The USS Archer (NCC-44278) was a Federation Centaur-class destroyer starship in service to Starfleet in the 24th century. (Star Trek: Daedalus)
In late 2377, the Archer was assigned to a fleet of starships that were massed along the Romulan Neutral Zone in preparation for a Romulan attack. ("The Daedalus Incident", "Diplomatic Implausibility")
In 2379, the Archer was part of Star Fleet Battle Group Omega that was sent to support the USS Enterprise-E. (Star Trek Nemesis)
