Trevak was born on stardate 22849.7. (Star Trek: Remington: "Inceptum II")

Trevak enlisted in the Romulan Star Navy at a young age. He remained in the RNS until he gained the rank of centurion, at which point he transferred to the Tal Shiar. (Star Trek: Remington: "Inceptum II")

As a Tal Shiar major, he served admirably during the Dominion War. ("Inceptum II")

In 2381, he transferred back to the Star Navy at the rank of subcommander and became a part of the Federation-Romulan Officer Exchange Program two years later. ("Inceptum II")
