Torros III was the third planet in the Torros system located in the Cardassian Union. During the late 24th century it was the site of the Cardassian Torros III shipyards.

In late 2373, the shipyards was destroyed during the Battle of Torros III. (DS9: "Call to Arms"; Star Trek: Swiftfire: "Deployment")

In the Pendragon universe, the planet was captured by the Klingon Empire. (Star Trek: Swiftfire: "There's No Angels Here")
