Toby Edger was a friendly and energetic Starfleet officer. He was born and raised in Louisiana and hobbies include practicing medicine and cooking. In the early 2260’s as a commander he disobeyed direct orders during a crisis to help another crew mate, for this he was demoted to Lt. Cmdr. and transferred. By 2266 he was serving as chief medical officer under Commodore Shrelic on the USS Bismarck. (Star Trek: Eagle)
