History[]
Prior to becoming a Starfleet chef Tedak was considered a master chef on Beta Antares IV. When asked why he gave up running his own restaurant on Beta Antares IV to become a chef on a Starfleet vessel Tedak would never give a straight answer.
Tedak kept a phaser and a medkit hidden under the serving counter in the Prometheus' mess hall in case of emergencies.
Prior to Tahna Malyik being assigned to the Prometheus Tedak served as an unofficial counselor.
