Captain Sulu's morning cup of tea

Tea is a beverage normally served hot, made from plant leaves steeped in hot water. Many planets have varieties of tea, including Earth, Betazed, Cardassia, Qo'noS and Vulcan.

Captain Jean-Luc Picard had a particular fondness for Earl Grey tea. He had it programmed into the replicators aboard the USS Enterprise-D sometime prior to 2365. (TNG: "Contagion", "All Good Things"

Captain Richard Boswell often drank hot and strong lemon tea. (Star Trek: Remington)

Captain Timothy Sinclair was a "heavy tea drinker" in his youth, and especially enjoyed the Irish Breakfast blend and various mint teas. In later years, he became accustomed to coffee, though he still drank tea when he wanted to relax. (Star Trek: Pendragon: "Restoration", "Father to the Man", "Missing Person", et. al)

Captain Noel Turner found a nice cup of green tea and mellow, soothing music helped calm his nerves after a hard day. (Star Trek: The Cantabrian Expeditions)

Captain Peter Maxwell would enjoy drinking Assam tea during the late hours of the night whilst reading historical texts if not wishing to sleep. (Star Trek: Pioneer (PNR): "Yesterday's Pioneer")
