- Both MA and MB have similar comments so I'm leaning towards that it is a tidbit that was released to explain why Klingons would be in Starfleet in 2399. – JayLR 08:09, 25 May 2008 (UTC)
- Well, considering that P2 has canned STO (and has now been canned itself) It remains to be seen whether or not this fact is still valid, and thus it is still speculation– Cpthunt 05:09, 27 May 2008 (UTC)
