Hey there, shouldn't the title be "Its Hour Come Round at Last" because it's stands for "it is"? The phrase, as is, reads as "It is hour come round at last" makes no sense. So a change to "Its Hour's Come 'Round at Last" (note the add of the "'s" to "hour" and "'" to "round" as, grammatically, "Its hour (has) come (a)round at last" makes more sense.
