The Suv'tIS-class was a type of attack fighter that entered service with the Klingon Defense Force in 2366. The Suv'tIS utilised the common winged shaft design of Klingon vessels. Its wings thrusting sharply forward and down gave it a very sleek appearance. (Ship Recognition Manual, Volume 3: Ships of the Klingon Empire)
The fighter's disruptors were split into a forward and an aft facing weapon. The torpedo launchers were mounted on the sides of the central shaft. Its twin forward launchers made it a danger to larger starships.
Suv'tIS fighters were involved in the Battle of Korvat, part of the Second Federation-Klingon War in 2373. (Star Trek: Swiftfire: "Chariots of Korvat")
