The Twenty-Seventh Fleet was a Starfleet fleet that took part in the Dominion War.

Following the conquest of Betazed the Twenty-Seventh was reassigned from the Benzite system to reinforce the Second and Twenty-Ninth Fleets in defending Tellar. (The Dominion War Sourcebook: The Fires of Armageddon)
