The Starfleet Marine Corps First Brigade was one of several Starfleet Marine Corps brigades extant from the founding of the Corps to at least the early 25th century. The brigade was known as the "Fightin' First."

The 1st Brigade consisted of eight battalions.

In 2385, the 1st Brigade's OIC was Brigadier Rey Cordero.

The 1st was also one of the brigades in the Starfleet Marine Corps of Starfleet International. Its jurisdiction corresponded to Region 1, the fan club analogue of the Starfleet First Fleet.
