The Starfleet First Fleet was a numbered fleet in the Federation Starfleet, active during the 22nd, 23rd and 24th centuries.

The following vessels were assigned to the First Fleet as of 2268:

Prior to the Federation-Cardassian War, Admiral Dalton Masters commanded the First Fleet, which spent some time stationed close to Earth. (Star Trek: Swiftfire)

The First Fleet spent much of the Dominion War defending the Alpha Centauri system. During the Breen Attack on Earth the First Fleet left the system to go to Earth's aid where it was able to drive off and destroy most of the attacking force. (The Dominion War Sourcebook: The Fires of Armageddon)
