Starbase 375 was a Starfleet starbase located near the Bajoran sector.
In 2357, the Ambassador-class USS Republic was forced to retreat back to Starbase 375 after she was ambushed by a Cardassian warship while patrolling the border. (Star Trek: Daedalus: "First, Do No Harm")
Her closeness to Deep Space 9 and the Bajoran wormhole, and as such was a major staging area during the Dominion War where it was commanded by Admiral William Ross. During the period of the War in which Deep Space 9 fell under Dominion control, the base served as the home base of DS9's crew and the USS Defiant. (DS9: "A Time to Stand", "Behind the Lines", "Favor the Bold")
The 14 surviving ships from the Seventh Fleet retreated to the Starbase following their defeat at the Battle of Tyra. Captain Jonozia Lex later ordered the USS Valkyrie, USS Monitor and USS Brunel to rendezvous with the fleet so they could pass the wounded from their rescue operation to the USS Pasteur, a hospital ship stationed at the Starbase. (Star Trek: The Adventures of Argus: "Trial By Fire")
In the lead up to Operation Return the starbase was the rally point for the elements of the Second fleet, Fifth fleet and Ninth fleet that were to be involved in the operation. (DS9: "Favor the Bold"; Star Trek: Swiftfire: "Pressure Points", "Rode the 600")
Terri Letac and Aimee Wessling met up for drinks on the station. (Star Trek: Swiftfire: "Rode the 600")
In the Dominion simulation Terri Letac experienced she awoke in the year 2391 in the medical centre of the starbase. Two of the crew on this station in the simulated future were Doctor Tom Presley and Admiral Ross, who was still in command of the base. (Star Trek: Swiftfire: "Always on My Mind")
In 2375, the USS Baldwin towed the disabled USS Ticonderoga to Starbase after being damaged in battle.
Sarah Allison was a junior officer in the astrometrics department. She got together with her friends, including Stephanie Taylor, Betsy Royer, and Laura Bennett, at the replimat. At the same time, Ticonderoga captain Roger Decatur recommended Laura to Baldwin captain Patrick Ingrum. After meeting Laura and Sarah, Patrick took both ladies under his wing (USS Baldwin: "Bullseye")
In 2376, the USS Daedalus was ordered to Starbase 375 so that she could be equipped with Doctor Michael Newton's experimental black hole propulsion drive. Also docked at the station at this time was the USS Dessalaines and the USS Joshua Tree. (Star Trek: Daedalus: "Shakedown")
