[edit] Overview
The Special Investigations Division is a series relating the adventures of a specialized branch of Starfleet Intelligence. These short stories, novellas, and novel length tales revolve around the original team founded to undertake missions normally reserved for Section 31. Informally referred to as the SID, the agency does not utilise traditional Starfleet assets and instead employs privateers. This increases flexibility and plausible denialibility.
