Portable transporter buffer

A Portable Transporter Buffer is a small device used to store the patterns of objects and equipment for use on the field. At a touch of a button on the device, any desired pattern stored will be instantly rematerialised. TPBs are standard equipment on Hazard suits and other combat clothing and can easily be clipped onto a belt.
