The Pac'chag class was a Klingon assault cruiser that entered service in 2359. (Ship Recognition Manual, Volume 3: Ships of the Klingon Empire)

Designed by House TIQa it was designed to be a highly capable attack cruiser with high speed, maneuverability and firepower. It also included several unique characteristics such as directly linking its disruptors to the ship's warp core allowing for them to be brought online faster, a shield grid that allowed more efficient power flow and a redesigned bridge layout.

The Pa'chag's design is different from the standard Klingon design of that time. Its engineering hull was an ovoid cylinder that was taller than it was wide. At the rear were "wings" similar in design to that used on the K'Vort class. A notch was created in the forward dorsal area of the hull, which is connected to a bridge module that shares several characteristics with the design that would be later used on the Negh'Var class.
