Nan Ross was a Starfleet counselor in the 24th century. A tall human woman with red hair, she was assigned to the USS Beachmont early in her career.
As a Lieutenant Commander in the 2360s, she was stationed on Earth and counseled Timothy Sinclair after the Setlik III massacre and the loss of the USS Cerberus. Over the following decade, she and Sinclair maintained a sporadic friendship, and Nan helped him get through the aftermath of his wife, Jean's death.
