Moves-With-Burning-Grace (A-iwúl A-dál-yie Em-piris) was a Starfleet engineering officer, of Maasai descent, active in the 23rd and 24th centuries.

Starfleet career[]

Early in his Starfleet career, Grace served on the Saladin-class USS Alexander and Larson-class USS Lee. He was chief engineer of the USS Enterprise in the 2250s, under both Robert April and Christopher Pike. (Star Trek: Early Voyages) He was assigned to Enterprise until at least 2262.

It's possible that Grace might have alternated engineering division-chief status with Caitlin Barry and Montgomery Scott, as all three were assigned to the ship at the same time.

Grace had transferred to the Starfleet Corps of Engineers and was stationed on the USS Lovell by the late 2260s. (Star Trek: Corps of Engineers)

During a teaching stint at Starfleet Engineering Academy in the 2280s, among his students at different times were Antonia Sawalha and Jorge Villaréal. (Star Trek: Shadowstar Station)

By 2375, Grace was a commodore and was director of Starfleet Research Division of Timealtering Anomalies on Earth. (Star Trek: USS al-Qazwini)
