[edit] Early life
The son of Cynthia and Baniti Andoh, Montgomery was born in Cairo, Egypt in April 25, 2334. He spent the first four years of his life living in Cairo, but his father's job as a representative on the United Earth Council, meant that the family had to move to London, England.
Andoh spent his formative years growing up in Croydon, South London and became very enamored with the multicultural feel of the city and its inhabitants. Despite his great love for London, Montgomery moved to New York with his father in 2349, following his parents divorce. ("The Daedalus Incident", "Class of '57")

[edit] The Fleetwood
By late 2376, Commander Andoh was serving as first officer aboard the USS Fleetwood, under the command of Captain Clara Hanson.
Around stardate 53994, Andoh received a coded message from Chris Mackenzie stating that he was tracking down the notorious Cardassian war criminal, Drevan, and reminded him of the pact that was made between them should Drevan ever be found. With this pact in mind, Andoh successfully enlisted Captain Hanson and the Fleetwood's crew in apprehending Drevan. ("Clan Mackenzie")
[edit] The Africa
A few months later, Andoh was finally promoted to captain and assigned command of the newly built Galaxy-class explorer, USS Africa. Over the next year, Andoh and the Africa burnt a trail of discovery across the Scorpius Reach, establishing first contact with two new species and discovery several planets which were ripe for colonization. As a reward for establishing the first contacts, Andoh was awarded the Four Palm Leaf by Starfleet Command. ("The Daedalus Incident", "Diplomatic Implausibility")
In 2378, Starfleet Command decided to perform a "Great Starship Race" from Pharos Station and decided that Andoh and the Africa should be a participant in the race. Andoh was very skeptical about the idea, until Admiral Onna Karapleedeez informed him that Chris Mackenzie and the USS Daedalus would also be a participant in the race, and he quickly became enamoured with the race and the chance to get one over on his old rival. ("Slipstream")
Unfortunately, Andoh was killed along with the rest of his crew when the Africa became ensnared in a dense ion storm and was destroyed. ("Storm Front")
A few months later, Andoh's remaining squad mates from Nova Squadron had a reunion on Earth and held an impromptu memorial service for their fallen comrades. ("The Honored Dead")
