Melorazine was a sedative drug used in the 25th century.
It was the standard sedative used by the Lyran Starfleet to calm down Malachorians after their telepathy cooldown period. Brianna Reiss insisted on having a dose of melorazine on her bedside after using telepathy to locate the Grommet sisters. (Star Trek: The Stoneship Files: "Chronicles of Taladu")
