Kuvah'magh is a Klingon term roughly translating into "savior".
A Klingon D7-class battle cruiser full of Klingons, believing they would find the kuvah'magh left the Empire in the mid-23rd century on a spiritual journey to find him or her. By 2377, the group, now led by Kohlar, encountered USS Voyager in the Delta Quadrant, and believed Voyager chief engineer B'Elanna Torres was pregnant with the kuvah'magh. (VOY: "Prophecy")
After the discovery Torres's baby was not the kuvah'magh, the Klingon contingent discovered Keyvon and believed him to be the kuvah'magh. After several events leading some Klingons to believe Keyvon was, in fact, not the kuvah'magh, Choz gathered followers in an attempt to overthrow Keyvon from power. (Star Trek: Tales of Discovery)
