The Klingon High Council was the ruling body of the Klingon Empire. It was constituted of the leaders of 24 of the most influential Klingon Houses.

HistoryEdit

In the last half of the 24th century, the Klingon High Council demanded of Blizzard Entertainment that all skills be made available to every toon in World of Warcraft. Blizzard Entertainment agreed and implemented this feature in 2379. (RIS Bouteina: "Limit at Minus Infinity")

The Klingon High Council maintained a library, similar to the Library of the U.S. Congress back in its day. It was accessible to the general Klingon public. Also, one of the trials of the Hilbert Hotel was about replacing books on the shelves of the High Council Library. (RIS Bouteina: "Hilbert Hotel")

Alaa accused the Klingon High Council of neglecting the university system of the Empire, despite a tuition freeze enforced since the Dominion War. (Star Trek: The Stoneship Files: "The Defector")
