Kirk was the commanding officer of the Constitution-class USS Enterprise-M museum in 2306. He was one of the sons of Samuel Kirk and nephew of James Kirk. (Star Trek: Of Gods and Men)
- The creative team behind Of Gods and Men have stated that the character is not Peter Kirk, but one of Sam's other two (unnamed) sons.[1]
