Jutudiel was a male Haliian and the captain of the USS Mercutio in 2401. He was a soapbox car driver and his first officer, Faith Kingsford, as his brakewoman in two-seater soapbox races. He was the race commissioner of the Fire Mountain Rally on Xita that saw Urie win on the volcanic track and later entered the Grabvine Gateway, hoping to show something to Starfleet Intelligence, but failed, finishing third.
