Jose Javier Carlos was a Starfleet officer serving on the USS Eagle as a deputy chief of security under Lieutenant Nora Laas. He held the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade.

Carlos was born in Guatemala on Earth. He possessed a well toned body which he trained meticulously and which made him an excellent candidate for the security division. (The Star Eagle Adventures)
