Joanna Barranco was a human Starfleet officer during the late 24th century. As a Starfleet SEAL, she served aboard the USS Pendragon. She was born on Pacifica in 2349, the sixth child of Salvatore and Sandra Barranco, and the younger sister of Mary Barranco. She was a close friend of Joe Webster.
