Heather Anderson was a human female serving in Starfleet in the 24th century.

In 2374 she was the first officer of the USS Lexington. She was promoted to captain when Captain Eberling was killed in a battle at the Tyra system during the Dominion War. (SCE eBook: "War Stories, Book One")

She was succeeded as first officer of the Lexington by Richard Boswell. (Star Trek: Remington)
