Harry Callahan

Harry Callahan (often referred to as "Dirty Harry"), played by Clint Eastwood, was a character from a series of popular American movies in Earth's late 20th century.

Captain Richard Boswell often played the part of Callahan in various holodeck programs, and several Remington crewmembers have noted that his portrayal is uncanny. (Star Trek: Remington)

This is, of course, an in-joke referring to the fact that Boswell is also played by Clint Eastwood.
