Velutha Singh (2331 - 2366) was the husband of Elizabeth Singh and father of Esthappen and Rahel. He and Liz Singh were married in 2355 and became parents in 2357. - It's highly suggested that Liz and Velutha Singh's marriage was one of convenience rather than love. It's uncertain whether or not Velutha served in Starfleet, but it can be assumed that he was a civilian.
