Captain Rafael Vega, circa 2385
Rafael Vega was a Starfleet officer during the latter half of the 24th century. During the 2380s, he served as commanding officer of the USS Alhambra. He was well-respected by other captains, and was a friend of Owen Cavanaugh, Barbara Clairidge, Elizabeth Shelby and Timothy Sinclair. (Star Trek: Pendragon: "Land of My Sojourn", "Shadows, Part I")
