Pran

Thot Pran was a Breen from the 24th century.

Pran was the ruler of the Bota Rez state. He rose to power through dynastic succession as the only surviving son, thanks to him arranging the "accidental" death. Once in power he built up Bota Rez's military and turned it to piracy. During the Dominion War Pran served as the tha'thot, or supreme commander of the Breen forces. He was one of the first to deal with the Dominion and played a crucial role in getting the Breen Confederacy to join the Dominion, also seeing himself established as the tha'thot of the Breen forces. Once the Breen announced their alliance with the Dominion Pran replaced Thot Gor as the Breen representative to the Dominion. For the final months of the war he was assigned to Dominion Headquarters on Cardassia Prime. During the Battle of Cardassia Pran commanded the Dominion forces in orbit of Cardassia Prime, though in the end the Dominion surrendered before the battle in orbit of the Cardassian homeworld could begin. Following the surrender to the Federation Alliance Pran lost some of his political power in the Confederacy. (The Dominion War Sourcebook: The Fires of Armageddon)
