Kadaj was a Klingon Defense Force officer who operated in the early 25th century and commanded several starships therein. (First City, Star Trek: Phoenix-X)
History[]
In 2410, Kadaj was in command of the IKS Furt'gh when he was tricked by a Yridian information dealer into going to Moartor Outpost. There, he joined an already-in-progress conflict between the Children of Khan and the Klingon Defense Force ships IKS Kragoth and IKS Ha'vok. (Pages 2-3) When the conflict dispersed, the Furt'gh came under near-destruction by Tavar from a Vor'cha-class vessel and Dahar Master Gaurantan beamed himself over to Kadaj in escape. Kadaj then found two tricobalt torpedoes in his bay and destroyed the enemy ship, but not before taking Tavar prisoner.
On Qo'noS, during the prisoner escort, Kadaj stopped at a bar in the First City for a few drinks and found himself getting into a fight with Tavar. During the fight, Kadaj showcased his skill in Drunken Mok'bara before Tavar conceded and requested for the prisoner undertaking to continue. (Page 3-4)
