Deep Space L-9 was a Klingon starbase located near the Lyran border.
In 2388, Deep Space L-9 was overrun with zombies. Thanks to the crew of the RIS Bouteina, the occupants of the starbase were able to be brought back to their former selves, as well as the occupants of the IKS Ky'jecum. (RIS Bouteina: "Two-Speed Intellect")
When the Bouteina returned to Deep Space L-9, the Romulans have captured the starbase but there were no occupants left. (RIS Bouteina: "A Hockey Game Broke Out")
