The IRW Tarketh was a D'deridex-class Romulan warbird in the 24th century.
The Tarketh attempted to stop undercover Starfleet Special Ops agent Daniel Radke from bringing a comatose Corey Aster back to the Federation from the Romulan facility on Unroth III in 2384 and opened communications with the Romulan shuttle in an attempt to stop Radke from crossing the Neutral Zone. (Star Trek: The Cantabrian Expeditions: "Dream a Little Dream of Me")
- It is assumed the Tarketh was one of the three Romulan warbirds facing down the USS Cantabrian-A, USS Prospect-A, USS Helena and an unnamed Negh'Var-class starship.
