Vincent Cloud

Admiral Vincent Cloud served under Admiral Theseus on Starbase 55, taking on Theseus' delegated tasks in order for Theseus to focus on his work with Section 31. On occasion, Cloud took on Theseus' role of speaking and giving missions to the USS Phoenix-X. In order to keep Cloud in line, Theseus would, every now and then, have Cloud's memory altered to omit certain interactions with Section 31 or their business. (Star Trek: Phoenix-X)

History

In 2375, Captain Daniel spoke, privately, to Cloud over long-range communication and attempted to have Doctor Lox re-assigned, away from the USS Phoenix-X. Admiral Cloud reaffirmed that Lox was given a final chance for past misdeeds and was to stay as long as he performed his duty. ("Pure Evil")

In 2376, Cloud was in Admiral William Ross' office on Earth, playing mini-golf when the Borg used the Phoenix-X as a "trojan horse" to go to the planet and attempt to assimilate the world. When several drones finally reached Admiral Ross' office to assimilate Cloud, the entire invasion was defeated. The drones, instead, fell to the floor. ("The Return of the Borg")
