Alexander Santos was a Federation civilian and former spouse of USS Cantabrian commanding officer Noah Wrightson, between 2352 and 2366.
Wrightson described Santos as "the love of his life -- at the time". Santos made Wrightson feel he was sacrificing too much by following Wrightson from ship to ship to advance Wrightson's career.
