Evonne Williams was an operative working for Starfleet Special Operations and second officer and operations manager of the USS Prospect for a brief time in 2366 and 2367 before she transferred to the vacant first officer position aboard the USS Barrington in 2367.

Williams accompanied Captain John Sill's away team to the alien ship observing the Battle of Wolf 359.
