Wallace was head of the Advanced Starship Design Bureau of Starfleet International through the early 2000s. The site contains various PDF and plaintext documents that focus on "Treknology", set in the fictional universe(s) of various chapters of the fan organization, especially that of the USS Bright Star (NCC-71875).
