A diploma vending machine was a device constructed in 2012 by University of Montreal students on strike in the holographic program Tuition Crisis. It was used to sell university diplomas. Upon reading the schematics of the machine, Urie found out that it charged CAD$14,379 back then. (Star Trek: The Stoneship Files: "Rode the 300")
