Didier Betancourt was a Starfleet officer on active duty in the 23rd century.

Born in 2266 on Starbase 45, he was the son of Marie-José Betancourt, a Starfleet engineering officer.

In 2292, Betancourt would be a helm officer on USS Avenger. At that time, he was one of two who had served on more than one vessel. (Star Trek: Avenger: "Belonging")
