The Data Clerk was a disgruntled Starfleet crewman stationed on a Regula-type space station on the outer reaches of the Federation. In 2306, while monitoring data, he was attacked by Charlie Evans and forced to reveal the whereabouts of James Kirk. He and his station disappeared through the mental powers of Charlie Evans.
