Clarke's Disease, also known as Clarke's Syndrome, is a medical condition known to affect humans. The disease is a progressive, degenerative and fatal disorder of the brain. Hallucinations and severe pain were some of its symptoms, the latter especially once the disease reached the terminal stage. As of the 22nd century, the illness was incurable.
Dr. Henry Archer died of Clarke's Syndrome in 2124, leaving behind a wife, Sally, and son, Jonathan. (ENT: "Borderland", "Cold Station 12")
