Early life before Starfleet

Charley was born on November 11, 2218 human calendar time on the planet Earth in Nice, France.

Chronology

• 2218: Charley is born on Earth in Nice, France.
• 2236: Charley enters Starfleet Academy
• 2240: Charley graduates Starfleet Academy and is promoted to Ensign. The first assignment is the USS Constitution as a Navigator.
• 2243: Charley is promoted to Lieutenant junior grade and assigned to the USS Farragut as a Navigator.
• 2245: Charley is promoted to full Lieutenant and assigned to the USS Enterprise as the Assistant Chief Navigator.
• 2250: Charley is promoted to Lieutenant Commander and is assigned to the USS Diana as the First Officer
• 2255: Charley is promoted to full Commander and assigned to the USS Tamerlane as the Commanding Officer. 
• 2260: Charley is promoted to Captain and is Commanding Officer of the USS Yorktown.
• 2265: Charley is promoted to Commodore and receives command of Starbase 5.
• 2269: Charley is promoted to Rear Admiral and is assigned to Starfleet Headquarters as Deputy Chief of Starfleet Operations.
